Healing. Helping. A haunting hell of a good time.

Natalie Huggins is a St. Louis–based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, educator, yoga teacher, and sound healer whose work blends sensual nostalgia, sparkly guitars, moody synths, and rich, expressive vocals. Influenced by artists including Kate Bush, PJ Harvey, Tori Amos, Björk, Fleetwood Mac, and No Doubt, Natalie creates music that explores identity, grief, relationships, love, forgiveness, and self-discovery.

A lifelong musician, Natalie has performed and recorded with numerous St. Louis artists and projects. Her debut full-length album, Split Oceans, was released in 2020, followed by Riverside, an evolving three-part rock opera. The first installment, Resilience, was released in 2023, with Fear & Light following in 2025.

Natalie has taught music for over half her life and is passionate about helping students develop confidence, creativity, and their own unique voice. Her teaching is mindful, personalized, and rooted in mentorship.

She also incorporates yoga, meditation, and sound healing with crystal singing bowls and percussion, creating gentle, intentional spaces for students and clients to slow down, explore inward, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether through music, teaching, yoga, or sound, Natalie’s work is ultimately about healing, connection, self-expression, and helping others discover a truer version of themselves.
